Ordering & Shipping

How to order

Orders for rooted cuttings can be placed by visiting our contact us page.   Availability of cultivars will be checked on as some cultivars are offered in limited quantities.  Then a money request through paypal will be sent.  Upon receiving funds, the order will be processed within 3-5 days.

Shipping

We ship to the United States.  We ship out on Mondays and Wednesdays to avoid plants sitting in the post office over the weekend.  Cost is $16.50 per plant.  We can combine 2 plants per box for $22.00.  All cuttings are rooted and shipped in their pots.  We ship using USPS priority mail. We do our best to protect our plants, but we are not responsible for  damage incurred during the shipping process.  Customers may file claims for up to $50 with USPS.  If customers wish to purchase additional insurance, please note this on your order so the extra insurance can be purchased and added to the shipping cost.

Return Policy

We are dealing with live plants, therefore we offer a 2 week return policy.  We will replace any unviable plant within 2 weeks of the delivery date with documented photos of said plant.
